All work and no play? Not here! We make it a point to have fun at Sparks. A happy employee is a better employee. We find our people work much harder when work doesn’t feel so much like, well, work. And we believe the success of our work is a direct result of the environment we create. Walk the halls of Sparks and you’ll find people that enjoy what they do, where they do it and who they do it with.
To further encourage interaction and association among the ranks, we host bi-weekly summer barbeques, Family Fun Fests, multiple holiday parties, Cook-Offs, contests and other great company get-togethers. The point is we want our people to have fun. It’s good for morale. It’s good for business. It’s good for sanity.
