business development Coordinator

Sparks® is currently seeking a multi-talented individual who can maintain and manage all administrative and research tasks for the Sparks Business Development department.  This extraordinary person must be smart, detail-oriented, energetic and pro-active.  Agency experience is a plus, but not required. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain all department schedules and activity (meetings, reports, expenses, etc.)
  • Support all new business and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing industry, client and prospect research
  • Coordinate outbound prospecting schedule and lists
  • Manage CRM database
  • Develop account profiles & prospecting lists
  • Manage biz dev phone line
  • Coordinate monthly account team calls

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates must have experience being an administrator and possess the following characteristics:

  • Exceptional communication and professional skills are a must
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • 2-3 years professional experience
